The best way to make an appointment for new and current clients is by filling out our online form below. We will respond quickly, as customer service is our jam!
Note: If it happens to be outside of our office hours are 9am-5pm Mondays, and 8am-5pm Tuesdays through Fridays, we will get in touch when we next open. We do offer extended euthanasia hours (so outside our office hours) for the towns we serve in Androscoggin, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Kennebec, and York Counties on most Monday through Thursday evenings from 5-7pm. If it is during these extended hours, this form is the only way to get in touch with the on-call doctor.
